Costco weighted slightly higher this month to complete the 2nd share. In addition, another share of $PSA (-1,52 %) 288€ was added to the portfolio today.
Hercules has been going great, now I'm taking ⅓ of the position out for the time being in order to $OBDC (-0,63 %) & $PSA (-1,52 %) to the same size as $HTGC (+0,07 %) build up.

Supposed bottoming out of REITs $VICI (-1,46 %)$PLD (-0,96 %)$O (-1,52 %)$CCI (-2,72 %)$AMT (-2,63 %)$PSA (-1,52 %) and much more...As long as the FED does not lower interest rates, all REITs will continue to be punished. I will buy in this October, while many others have paid 10-20% too much.
