Costco weighted slightly higher this month to complete the 2nd share. In addition, another share of $PSA (-0.7%) 288€ was added to the portfolio today.
Hercules has been going great, now I'm taking ⅓ of the position out for the time being in order to $OBDC (-1.11%) & $PSA (-0.7%) to the same size as $HTGC (-1.03%) build up.

Supposed bottoming out of REITs $VICI (-2.22%)$PLD (-0.46%)$O (-1%)$CCI (-1.93%)$AMT (-2.4%)$PSA (-0.7%) and much more...As long as the FED does not lower interest rates, all REITs will continue to be punished. I will buy in this October, while many others have paid 10-20% too much.
