💸 1,452€ Dividends in January '23💸

Hey Freunde🙋‍♂️. The new year starts with a good cash flow! This is also necessary, because February will be rather weak

➡️ In total, 29 companies (or ETF/CEF) have given me 1.452,09€ in dividends. The top payers were. $IFN (-1.02%) , $PBR (+1.54%) , $ORCC (-0.63%) , $FRG and $MO (-0.65%) !

➡️ For a better classification, there is info on the 3rd page about what the current market value of the top 5 stocks is. In addition, I have given the absolute performance (i.e. including dividends) as well as the current and personal dividend yields.

📈 Depot Top10 June '22 📈

Hi 🙋‍♂️. In today's post there is an update on my top 10 stocks in the depot.

➡️ In total, the top 10 have a value of ~65,319 EUR and thus a weighting of 22.22% 👍.

➡️ $FRG has found its way into the Top 10 through my last post-purchase. Otherwise, only the order of some stocks has changed.

➡️ In the 2nd screenshot you can see more information about the ten stocks including the annual returns they have achieved since 2020.

❓What does your top 10 look like, including weighting❓?

Hello ✌️. This week was quite short with holiday and bridge day. I don't really trade on Mondays, but exceptions confirm the rules, as we all know.

➡️ Another 25 shares of Franchise Group (FRG) join the 125 in the portfolio. The purchase price was 36.60 USD per share. In total, there are now 150 shares in the portfolio with an equity of 44.17 USD.

➡️ The dividend yield in relation to the equity is now 5.86% due to the additional purchase.

➡️ Another repurchase from FRG? Yes exactly! I have almost reached my target weighting of 2% with the additional purchase.

➡️ Other reasons for the repurchase were the optimistic outlook of the management and the reduction of (net) debt, which ultimately also covers the dividend.

➡️ I find the portfolio mix and the latest M&A activities very interesting, especially with regard to the inflationary environment.

➡️ On top, there was a larger insider buy from CEO Brian Kahn at $37.50 on 11.5.22.

Hello dear #community ✌️. Last week there was another post-purchase, impatience has unfortunately won.

➡️ Another 25 shares of Franchise Group landed in the depot at 39.07 USD per share. In total there are now 125 shares in the depot.

➡️ The dividend yield in relation to the equity is now 5.47%.

➡️ The quarterly figures have already been released. As expected, they were very good, but still sold off 😅. For me, $FRG is still interesting in the long term, should nothing fundamental change.

➡️ FRG is an acquirer from the consumer cyclical sector, which has a mega dull business model. Well, they buy, manage and build franchises. So we are in a niche here ✌️.

Another additional purchase in the last week was $FRG I already had 30 shares of this in my portfolio and now 70 more shares were added ✌️.

The business model is as boring as it sounds. The goal is to "acquire, manage and grow franchises.

In the long term, the company is aiming for a payout ratio of 25%, but it is still a long way off. The dividend was therefore increased again at the beginning of December. By 67% 😅. I expect further increases, although perhaps not at this level 💪.
