The share has been in an extended correction since January, during which a support zone around ~100 euros was formed in recent months. It is interesting that the EMA50 in the weekly chart could always be defended so far and could now be tested again. This may again offer good opportunities for longer-term investors.

Of course, the share cannot be fully compared with the other providers, as it is a somewhat different business model. In any case, there is an intact upward trend on the chart. Open price targets are in the range around 100 euros.

𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 (𝗪𝗞𝗡 𝗔𝟮𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗖)

Compared to the competition, the food supplier's share has already completed a longer correction and now shows tendencies of bottoming in the chart. If this is confirmed in the coming weeks, a continuation of the overriding upward movement could be imminent.

𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗼 (𝗪𝗞𝗡 𝗔𝟮𝗤𝗦𝗝𝗭)

Due to the lack of history in the chart, it is not possible to make a sound and serious assessment here. However, two possible price targets for the current upward movement result from the Elliot wave theory. These would be at 4.79 euros and 5.64 euros (Fibonacci intention).

Delivery Hero has built up a position in Deliveroo of just over 5%, buying into its rival. The German company probably had to put around £400 million on the table to buy the shares. 👌🏼

In 2020, Deliveroo was able to achieve sales of £2.1 billion (previous year: £2.5 billion) and thus grew significantly. However, as an online food delivery service, it has naturally benefited from the Corona crisis. 😁

There are no profits so far. £223.7 million loss in 2020 (previous year: £317 million), so significantly better than in 2019 🤝

Yesterday, Deliveroo shares then jumped significantly - in total, the company, which only went public this year, has a market value of around EUR 7 billion. Delivery Hero, on the other hand, fell slightly yesterday and has a market capitalization of around EUR 32 billion. 😎

Both are European "giants" in their field, Delivery Hero certainly more so (they are also invested in other competitors such as Glovo, Just Eat Takeaway, Rappi and Zomato). 👌🏼
