I'll have to take a closer look, but there's already a decent premium in there. Off the top of my head, I don't see how they are worth buying at the current valuation.
The business model is not uninteresting. Maybe I'll write an article about it sometime. Not uninteresting, but spontaneously too expensive for me compared to Wendy's, McDonald's and co.
A fluctuation of 1.4 times the overall market is also too much for a defensive stock.
