Too much good news in too short a time. I have set a stop loss. All the media hype reminds me of Nokia.
They simply disappeared into oblivion. And were the best of the best. At the time.

Appel reminds me more of Nokia. I think you've got that wrong. Nokia has rested on its laurels and missed the smartphone trend. Nvidia is setting the standard and the rest is lagging behind. Nvidia is continuing to build up new business areas and is not betting on just one horse like Nokia.

@Tenbagger2024 Nokia was also the benchmark back then. The measure of all things. They did everything right. Except too many models.
And Nokia wasn't just a phone manufacturer, they were already doing well in the network, cloud and server sector back then.

Apple can't be compared to that in my eyes. Apple just does things differently. Small steps ... customer loyalty ... Image.
No manufacturer offers longer updates and support.

Nokia had none of that.

And Nvidia got a big cake from private BTC miners. But after the 2024 halving, it's no longer worth it for private miners.

Either way, I have my limit where I sell.
And the few euros I throw onto the market don't matter.

Nike was a lesson for me...... Take profits when it makes sense.

Can't be wrong to take profits. In 2023 it was said that Nvidia had done too well and was too expensive. Nevertheless, I stuck with it. Now Nvidia is fairly valued again and is recommended to buy. The AI era is only just beginning. And in my opinion, Nvidia is and will remain a big player here.
