Which ETF would you recommend or what do you think of my portfolio?

I am considering the $EIMI (-1.03%) to include.

$BTC (+3.5%)
$4GLD (+1.03%)
$ETH (+1.92%) I also have one, but I'm only dividing my TR account for now
