A question for all Austrian residents: REITs are taxed as non-reporting funds, which is why stocks like $O (-0.58%) are not worthwhile.

But what about $MAIN (+0.15%) what is the situation? I always put it in the REIT corner without doing any further research until I recently found out that it isn't a REIT at all.

Is it $MAIN (+0.15%) also treated as a non-reporting fund? I've just googled it, but somehow I can't find a satisfactory answer.
