But on ADRs you still pay the US withholding tax + custody fees on top and an ADR is also not an ordinary share, but should be seen more like a certificate/bond.

•@Tirol as I said, in Germany the $PETR4, i.e. the preference share, is the best alternative for dividends, there is also $PETR3, which is the more profitable ordinary share, but has a little less dividend...
You just have to find out what the situation is in Austria with regard to withholding tax and which one suits you better 😉
